At the start of the May 26 meeting Chair Todd Hindinger noted the board is currently without a Recording Secretary and that Vice Chair Grace Knight — who had volunteered to take minutes previously — was absent. The board agreed Land Use Administrator Ryan Gumbart will prepare the meeting minutes while the vacancy remains.
Members discussed two options for distributing meeting materials: compiling a full packet to circulate (but not post online), or using a SharePoint folder to store materials. The board also discussed creating dedicated email addresses for members to improve communications and material distribution.
