Pitts Design Build tells Colman-Egan board it uses open‑book CMR approach; cites low change‑order rate

John Hearty, identified as the firm's general superintendent, described on-site superintendent and three‑week schedules to keep subcontractors coordinated. The firm answered board questions about milestones, staffing and how it would recover schedule slippage, saying its first response is diagnosis and a recovery schedule before more drastic actions such as replacing a subcontractor.
