District administrators presented a preliminary capital outlay budget showing planned uses of reserves and potential capital projects.
Director said the district was "about $220,000 spending in the reserves" in the preliminary plan and noted a bathroom remodel tied to an addition project remains in the budget. Vehicle spending was discussed as remaining near $200,000, with the district seeking a used bus under bid-law requirements. The board identified roof replacements for three small roofs, estimating roughly $100,000 for those this summer, and said playground work could vary by $20,000–$40,000 depending on the scope.
Members acknowledged these figures are preliminary. The district will refine line items before final adoption; items not completed or awaiting bids were left on the preliminary budget for continued consideration.
