Chloe (Alliant) said Rx and Go had limited uptake—30 users in 2025—with opportunities to expand. The vice chair supported mandatory education but also urged the board to protect families already enrolled and to identify budget options to stabilize family coverage if needed.
The board directed staff to include these operational options in follow‑up materials and asked for an analysis of whether county contributions could absorb any portion of increased costs.
