CPMT approves minutes, holds executive session and certifies closed meeting

Later in the meeting, Wendy Sneed moved—and Shermeka Baker Latney seconded—to go into executive session citing Virginia Code 2.0—3711A (15) to discuss medical records that are exempt from open meeting requirements. After exiting the closed session, the CPMT polled members and certified that “only public business matters lawfully exempted from the open meeting requirement by Virginia law were discussed,” with seven members recorded as voting yes and three members recorded as absent.
