The Dakota Dunes CID Board of Supervisors moved into executive session at 5:42 p.m. on Sept. 23 to discuss a contractual matter. The motion to enter executive session was made by Mr. Wetz and seconded by Ms. Finzen; roll-call votes recorded Beaulieu, Shanafelt, Finzen and Wetz as 'aye.' The board reconvened at 6:00 p.m.; the minutes state no action was taken after the executive session.
Also present in the executive session were employees Andrew Tramp and Katelyn Irby. The minutes record no subsequent motion or vote that resulted from the executive session discussion.
