The Dakota Dunes CID Board of Supervisors moved into executive session at 5:12 p.m. on Sept. 8, 2025, to discuss a legal matter. The motion to go into executive session was made by Mr. Shorma and seconded by Ms. Finzen; roll call recorded ayes from Beaulieu, Shanafelt, Finzen, Wetz and Shorma. Mr. Jesse, legal counsel from Crary Law Firm, and employee Andrew Tramp attended the executive session.
The board reconvened its open meeting at 5:31 p.m.; a roll call again recorded ayes and the minutes state that no action was taken while in executive session. The meeting adjourned at 5:31 p.m. following the executive-session reconvening.
