The Dakota Dunes Community Improvement District Board of Supervisors on Sept. 15 accepted the 2024 annual audit presented by Cameron Zent of Eide Bailly. The board voted 5-0 to accept the audit; the record notes the South Dakota Department of Legislative Audit had also accepted it.
Board members made the acceptance a formal motion (moved by Mr. Wetz, seconded by Mr. Shorma) following Zent’s overview. No dissent or conditions were recorded in the minutes. The acceptance completes the district’s standard annual financial review process for 2024.
