District: school addition nearing completion, minor delays possible for lockers and inspections

Staff updated trustees on the status of the school addition, saying most teacher materials are in place and that ISG’s final punch list work is expected the first week of August.
"ISG's final punch list ... they're trying to, we will do the first week of August," the superintendent said, and staff cautioned that some lockers might not arrive by Aug. 1 because of slowed production; final electrical inspection remained outstanding.
Officials said classrooms would be usable for the start of school even if minor items remained to be finished, and they planned a public tour on Aug. 7 to show portions of the building to the community.
