Williams explained the Jerome Municipal Code allows permit transfers and staff did not propose altering the permit’s numeric limits as part of the ownership change. Councilman Dale Ross moved to approve the transfer and Councilwoman Jeri Ahrens seconded; the motion passed with AYES recorded for Councilmen Bryan Craig, Dale Ross, Jason Peterson, and Councilwoman Jeri Ahrens. Todd Hughes of Darigold was present for questions. The transfer will allow the facility to continue operations under historical conditions while the pre-treatment requirement is implemented.
