The Santa Fe South board considered and approved three district policies on Oct. 20, 2025: the Classification of Certified Non-Instructional Directors policy, the Flag Display and Pledge of Allegiance policy, and the Children of Active-Duty Military Members policy. Each policy was brought forward as a separate agenda item and approved by unanimous vote; movers and seconders are recorded in the minutes for each motion.
Board members cast unanimous votes (5-0) to adopt the policies, which were recorded in the meeting minutes. The policies will be implemented by district administration consistent with standard administrative procedures and posted per policy adoption protocols.
