Santa Fe South board reinstates Ericka Flores and appoints Renee Porter

Dr. Ed Frick moved to approve the reinstatement of Ericka Flores; Tyler Green seconded, and the motion passed 3-0 with Dr. Ed Frick, Michael Brooks-Jimenez and Tyler Green recorded as yes votes. Later in the meeting, Ericka Flores moved to approve Renee Porter as a new board member; Dr. Ed Frick seconded and the appointment passed 4-0, with Frick, Brooks-Jimenez, Green and Flores recorded as voting yes.
Both actions were presented and approved during the governance portion of the agenda; no additional discussion or amendments were recorded. The meeting minutes note that Renee Robertson was recorded as present after board approval in SEG 006. The board recorded the motions and roll-call results in the minutes as formal actions.
