Board adopts multiple governance policies, corrects executive-session pagination
Summary

Renee Porter or Dr. Ed Frick moved the motions where recorded; each motion passed 4-0.
The board approved an updated School Board Executive Session Policy with a correction to page numbers noted in the minutes. The Student in Poor Standing (SIPS) Plan/Policy was also approved separately. The minutes show no public comment or recorded amendments to these policies. One agenda item (Agenda 11, Employee Non-Returning Report) was removed from consideration earlier in the meeting by unanimous vote.
