O'Neil summarized that staff planned to wrap up hearings on Aug. 3 and provide a final summary at the Aug. 5 meeting.
A numerical discrepancy was raised during discussion: staff initially reported a year-to-date percentage change as "minus 3.7%" but subsequently clarified the figure as "0.37%" when commissioners asked for verification. Commissioner Stevens moved to approve the Board of Equalization referees' recommendations; the motion carried 3-0.
