Members noted the challenge of sustaining the directory given declining landlines and limited assistance from phone companies; one participant suggested that verifying each contact by phone is the only reliable method. The committee asked for volunteers to help review and update the manual and directory and noted that the last comprehensive manual revisions dated from about 2013.
