Town Planner Christine told the board that Great White Realty Group LLC submitted a $150,000 performance insurance bond and requested a full covenant release for Lot 5 of the Bentley Road subdivision (Assessors Map 81D‑1‑5) in the Residential Rural zoning district. Christine said town counsel had reviewed the bond and recommended acceptance for the purpose of completing road and utility installation.
A committee member moved to accept and approve the $150,000 bond and to approve the covenant release; the motion was seconded and approved by the voting members present. After the approval, the board voted to authorize Anne Clark Tucker, sitting in for the chair, to sign the bond and covenant release documents and to have them notarized on behalf of the board.
