Anne Clark Tucker, the Planning Board sub‑chair sitting in for the absent chair and vice chair, read the application and opened the continued public hearing for the Queen Anne Road project, described on the agenda as a new outdoor commercial wholesale landscaping supply yard of 38,403 square feet with eight parking spaces at 246 Queen Anne Road. She announced the hearing will be continued to Tuesday, Aug. 11, 2026, at 6:30 p.m.
A committee member moved to continue the hearing and called for a voice vote. The board initially recorded the voice vote as 7–0; after discussion about alternates’ voting eligibility the board clarified that administrative votes (such as continuances) may include alternates but regulatory project votes are limited to the voting members present. The board confirmed the continuance and gave Christine, the town planner, instruction to place the item on the Aug. 11 agenda with the submitted packet.
