DRB actions at a glance: minutes approved; McGann subdivision continued with site visit scheduled

The Fayston Development Review Board took two formal votes during its March 4 meeting.
First, the board approved the minutes of Feb. 4, 2025. Ky Koitzsch moved to approve the minutes and Mike Quennville seconded; the motion passed with all in favor and none opposed.
Later the board voted to continue consideration of Application #3927 (McGann Subdivision) to allow for a site visit and additional materials. Pete Ludlow moved to continue the application; Jim Donkersloot seconded. The motion carried unanimously. The board tentatively scheduled a site visit for April 1 at 5:00 p.m., and the zoning administrator reminded members that the visit is for observation only and not for taking testimony.
Both votes were unanimous; the continued hearing will return to the board after the site visit and submission of additional mapping and erosion-control information by the applicant.
