Fayston commissioners advance LUR revision list, reject removal of trail standards
Summary
The commission confirmed most items on a compiled LUR revision list, defeated a motion to remove trail standards for lack of a second, and voted to advance the list (with ADU item to be amended) for further processing and public review.
At the June 9 meeting the Planning Commission reviewed a compiled list of proposed Land Use Regulation revisions and voted to advance the list for public review, with the caveat that Item 1 (the ADU language) will be amended to reflect the changes the commission adopted earlier in the meeting. Commissioner Freddie Graves moved to remove Item 6 (Trail Standards) but the motion received no second and therefore did not proceed.
Langford Davidson moved to move forward with the revision list as written (except that Item 1 will be amended to reflect the approved ADU text); Freddie Graves seconded and the commission voted unanimously to advance the list. The action sets those items up for inclusion in the red-line draft that will be circulated during the public review and Selectboard referral process.
