Other members suggested moving everyday, behavior-focused items (for example, airing clothes outdoors or basic energy-saving tips) into the main plan so the EEP could remain a more technical policy document.
The commission asked subcommittee members to refine the wording so the plan can serve both legal and public-engagement purposes, and to propose a placement strategy for common-sense guidance versus technical EEP policies.
