The commission also approved a preliminary plat extension for Maybelle Villas II (south of the southeast corner of West 81st Street South and South Maybelle Avenue) for one year to June 16, 2027 (motion by Cue, second by Turner‑Addison; vote 8‑0‑0). The applicant for Maybelle Villas II, Mike Thedford, agreed with staff’s recommendation.
