Director Jon Shannon moved to approve the contract; Director Shirley Lange seconded and the motion carried unanimously. The contract approval was recorded as a personnel action under the meeting’s agenda and puts a licensed mental‑health counselor in place to provide services to students and staff under the terms agreed with county health services.
