The Tinmouth Selectboard on July 10 approved corrected minutes and accepted routine town orders in a voice vote.
Chair began the meeting by asking for any revisions to the June 12 minutes; after a member requested clarifying language the chair moved to accept the minutes “with the corrections.” The motion was seconded and the board responded “Aye,” closing the minutes item and allowing the meeting to proceed to citizen input.
The board also approved the awards and orders later in the meeting on a separate motion. Members noted the town’s financial reports and payroll were not ready for review this evening and asked staff to present financials at the August meeting so the board can complete year-end review.
