That is a record high for Madison County," the official said.
The clerk read vote totals across parties and offices, naming nominees for county supervisor and noting Allen Todd Anderson received nominations from both parties for County Supervisor, District 1. Several local candidates for treasurer, recorder and other offices were named along with their vote totals; the clerk reported smooth operations and thanked poll workers.
