Panel recommends RMH rezoning to formalize existing mobile home park

The Tulsa Metropolitan Area Planning Commission voted 6-0 on May 20 to recommend rezoning an existing mobile home park from Agricultural (AG) to RMH (Residential Mobile Home Park) to bring the property into compliance with the Tulsa County Zoning Code.
Staff advised that portions of the property are affected by FEMA floodplain designations (Zone AE and floodway) and that any future redevelopment, infrastructure improvements or unit replacements would need to meet applicable floodplain, drainage and permitting requirements. No members of the public spoke on the item and the commission recorded a 6-0 vote in favor of recommending approval.
