Tinmouth board discusses keys, key-cards and lending traffic lights

Near the end of the meeting the group discussed whether the town could loan traffic lights to a neighboring locality. The board said any town borrowing the lights must provide written assurance that insurance claims would be filed against the borrowing town rather than Tinmouth. Members agreed to follow up with Eric and Danby to confirm coverage and operational procedures for taking and returning equipment.
