RPC flags missing energy chapter and offers map updates; commission to reattach EEP later

RPC staff told the commission that the energy chapter expected in the draft did not appear in one version members had and that the EEP work will be reattached once the town-plan update is in a stable state. The planner said, "the original version I was sent to edit... it was missing the energy section," and noted the commission had previously adopted some energy content in 2020.
RPC also flagged map and GIS items that need technical fixes — for example, a topography image uploaded as an image cannot be edited in Word and will need source-file correction, and parcel- and priority-area maps will need updated GIS layers. RPC offered to standardize the town-plan layout across RPC member towns and to supply updated maps and plug-in data once the commission reconciles the working draft.
