The Greenville City Council approved several board and authority appointments during its June 22 meeting. Mayor Jae’Ques Brown was appointed to the South Central Alabama Mental Health Board, Horace Horn was appointed to the Healthcare Authority of the City of Greenville, and both Mayor Brown and Olby Bedgood were appointed to the Public Facilities Cooperative District. Mayor Brown also was appointed to the Capital Improvement Cooperative District.
Councilmember Joseph West moved to approve the appointments and Councilmember Bryan Reynolds seconded; Mayor Brown announced the motion carried with a unanimous vote of the Council.
