At the close of its May 6, 2025 special meeting, the Weston Selectboard approved a motion to amend the February 25, 2025 meeting minutes to reflect a vote to enter executive session and ratified prior executive-session decisions for Feb. 11 and March 11. Jim Linville moved the minutes amendment, which Brian Gehlich seconded; the motion passed unanimously.
The board assigned Shawna Batogowski to amend the minutes and to follow up on scheduling Open Meeting Law training. Members also discussed adopting a crib sheet of permissible executive-session reasons and cited the VLCT on-demand Open Meeting Law Basics training as a resource. The meeting adjourned at 5:19 PM.
