Town staff presented a Certification of Compliance for Town Road and Bridge Standards and Network Inventory that had been overlooked at the previous meeting; the Selectboard signed the certificate for forwarding to the Agency of Transportation, care of Meghan Brunk.
Denis Benson reported plans to hire a contractor to replace the board and screen door at the Town Office on a time-and-materials basis and asked staff to arrange tree trimming in front of the Town Office. Benson also noted the town will need to explore options for a new heating system for the Town Office. Linda Saarnijoki said the state Library Board has confirmed continued funding for the library project; the library has temporarily relocated to the Old Parish Church while work proceeds.
Linda Saarnijoki moved to adjourn the meeting at 8:57 p.m.; Brian Gehlich seconded and the motion carried unanimously.
