Superintendent previews retreat extension, staffing work and mental‑health grant

Bell also said she and Office Administrator Deanna Shannon had been "brainstorming staffing for the following school year," indicating that staffing plans are in early development.
Bell further reported she had begun work on the San Juan County mental health grant for the coming school year and informed the board of an upcoming community contra dance on Jan. 23 where the caller will work with students during the day. She also reminded the board that Jan. 19 is a school holiday for Martin Luther King Jr. Day. These items were informational and no formal actions were taken during the meeting.
