Weybridge Selectboard endorses planning grant application, budgets $2,000 match

The Weybridge Selectboard unanimously passed an endorsing municipal resolution and budgeted the required 10% match of $2,000 for a municipal planning grant the Planning Commission intends to apply for, the Planning Commission’s minutes state.
Jeff Olson could not attend the Selectboard meeting on Oct. 7, so Planning Commission recorder Gale Hurd represented the commission. The follow-up note in the approved minutes says the Selectboard also signed the ACRPC documents Jeff provided earlier.
The grant application would request $20,000 to support a two-year revision of the Town Plan and related zoning updates; the match can be included in the FY 2027 town budget and need not be paid until the plan work is complete.
