Council also approved a qualified low bid for tree removal and ground clearing at Lane Park for an amount not to exceed $100,000 funded through ARPA capital outlay. Several council members asked whether these items were budgeted and requested a future fleet report to track vehicle age and replacement needs; staff said many were budgeted and offered to provide a fleet status report.
