County signs off on Microsoft license true-ups, adds SHI renewal to consent agenda

Joyce sought approval of a contract with CDW‑G for a Microsoft license true-up totaling $17,585.55 (Aug. 1, 2025–July 31, 2026) and an Enterprise Update agreement for which the County will process a true-up and no additional cost was reported for Aug. 1, 2025–July 31, 2026. He also requested renewal of a contract with SHI International to provide Microsoft software to County employees at $343,385.63 per year (contract total $1,030,156.89) for Aug. 1, 2026–July 31, 2028; the Board voted to add the SHI contract to the July 23 Consent Agenda.
The IT items were moved and seconded and recorded as unanimous votes where final approval was taken or where items were added to the consent agenda for next week.
