Brandon Tschida-Bury, the golf-course lead, told the council that the course was in excellent condition after July Fourth but that several cart paths on holes 10–12 are beginning to wash out. Tschida-Bury also described maintenance steps including clover treatment, heat management and a one-month trial adjustment to tee locations intended to reduce wear and better utilize space. Council and the Park Commission will review the repair quotes and tee trial results before committing to capital work or significant funding.
