Harvey County opened a public hearing on proposed 2025 budget amendments at 11:25 a.m. on Dec. 16. No members of the public presented comments or questions during the hearing, and the board closed the hearing before voting to adopt the amendments.
Shannon Kingsley, Assistant County Administrator/Finance Director, had explained that the amendment was needed to address increased expenditures in two funds. Commissioner Becky Reimer moved to adopt the budget amendments as presented; Commissioner Terry Scott seconded and the motion passed unanimously.
