Lagano said the parcel is adjacent to other AU-zoned parcels and the Planning & Zoning Board unanimously recommended approval, finding the change reasonable and compatible with surrounding land uses. Mayor Pro Tem Annie Thombs opened and closed the public hearing with no public speakers. The rezoning passed on a unanimous vote.
