Council and staff acknowledged the complaint and reminded the public about code-enforcement processes; the mayor and clerk asked Curcio to provide any photographic evidence and staff contact records so code and the health department can follow up. No formal action or vote was taken; the matter was left for staff follow-up and possible enforcement.
