Commissioners also approved several vendor payments including AMG Printing & Mailing for $140.00 for elections mailings, McIntyre Lumber for $366.83 charged to Hospital Annex line item 012‑5‑0510‑5508, Kings III for Elevator Communications ($203.50, line item 012‑5‑0409‑9070) and Nueces Elevator Company for elevator repairs ($900.00, line item 012‑5‑0510‑5206). Terri A. Silvas, Chief Deputy Tax Assessor, presented the November tax‑assessor report, and the Treasurer's and Auditor's monthly reports were accepted as submitted.
The motions to approve these items were moved and seconded by commissioners and passed by unanimous roll call. No public comment was recorded on these consent or finance items.
