The council then convened a 15-minute executive session beginning at 6:45 p.m. for litigation, returned to open session at 7:00 p.m. with no action taken, and approved adjournment (motion by Steve Cowdrey, second by David Weakland). The meeting was recorded as adjourned at 7:05 p.m. All recorded motions carried unanimously, 5–0.
