A resident asked whether an existing well and septic system could be connected to an Accessory Dwelling Unit. David Balk said the board assesses the total number of bedrooms and would require a pump test on the well before approval. Dan Gray moved that the resident contact the engineer who designed the present system and obtain a well pump test for the Board to make a decision; David seconded, Kathie abstained and the motion passed.
The secretary was tasked with emailing the resident the result of the Board's decision. The minutes do not specify the engineer's name, the test parameters, or a deadline for submitting the pump test results.
