County approves consolidated case‑management contract with Pine Technologies at $40,000 per year

The Board approved a new consolidated annual contract with Pine Technologies for $40,000 per year, replacing the county’s prior combined payments of approximately $38,506 for support and shared discovery services.
Devinney said the developers can transition services without data conversion costs. Commissioner Jeff Masterson moved to approve the contract; Commissioner Dan Woydziak seconded and the motion carried 4‑0.
