On March 19 the Rock Island County Board approved a series of resolutions to effect FY25 transfers, FY26 unencumbered funds and grant/settlement expense adjustments. Finance Director Ryan Berger's packet itemized February emergency purchases and March requests including the sheriff's $127,000 transfer, funding for a State's Attorney position ($68,443.77), an OPEB study ($2,750), and Fleet Services line-item additions totaling several hundred thousand dollars.
The board also approved vendor claims totaling $1,378,409.91 and Treasurer's disbursements of $2,801,905.39; the agenda packet included a full AP-by-G/L distribution and a multi-page check register and ACH listing.
