"We do not have anything new on Duncan Manor or, or Mariner Farm," the Deputy County Administrator said, and recommended reconvening next month so a fuller report can be provided when more commission members are available. At the previous meeting, commissioners had raised questions about utility service for water and sewer at Duncan Manor; staff said they have some answers but will present them when a larger commission can consider them.
The discussion was informational only because the commission lacked a quorum and no decisions or motions were made regarding either development.
