During council reports, Sandretto asked whether the town could clean up the alley behind 608 Washington if the property owner does not remove garbage from the town right-of-way. Town Attorney Jeff Slothower responded that, provided the material is clearly garbage, the town may remove and haul it away. The minutes also note an ongoing Notice and Order to Correct Violation for Adcox at 608 Washington.
