Board presses CityLink on downtown drop-off, temporary corner parking as quick fix

Staff said the temporary corner parking approach is feasible for smaller transit units and evening service if property owners or the downtown association agree; implementing permanent reserved spaces would require city council action and coordination with private businesses. The board asked CityLink to follow up with Don (director-level contact) and to report back at the next meeting on potential pilot options for downtown drop-off and event access.
