Residents ask council about water hookups for out-of-town properties

At the public-comment portion of the Jan. 20 meeting, Andy Sarginson, soon-to-be owner of 511 Westside Road, asked whether he could obtain an additional water hookup if he decides to subdivide the property. Nate and Emily Henderson, owners of 710 Westside Road, asked about getting a water hookup for a new house they plan to build.
Mayor DeVere told both parties the properties are considered out-of-town properties and said the Town would investigate the possibility of additional hookups. No formal council action was taken at the meeting; the matter was recorded for staff follow-up.
