Board approves MOU to temporarily convert part‑time employee to full‑time and adds FGS Office Assistant position

Coordinator Pam Rud presented a memorandum of understanding with AFSCME Council 65 Local 3164 that allows employee Rose Schlieman to move from part‑time to full‑time status for a period of up to 24 weeks to cover staff leaves; the arrangement provides full‑time benefits and accruals for the temporary period. Commissioner Athey moved to approve the MOU, Commissioner Radermacher seconded, and the motion carried unanimously.
Rud also presented and the Board approved a Finance & Government Services Office Assistant position (motion by Klages, second by Athey). Both personnel actions were adopted without dissent at the Jan. 6 meeting.
