Ruchi Agarwal, Planning and Zoning Manager for the City of Johns Creek, opened the session and explained the format: each applicant would have a 10‑minute, live‑streamed presentation with a separate, candid question‑and‑answer portion afterward. Agarwal said staff would record notes and be available to answer technical questions, but requested that public questions be held until after the presentations.
"The q and a, I will request you all to hold your questions because we wanna cover that after the formal presentation portion," Agarwal said, describing the meeting flow and how members of the public could come forward to ask questions. After both applicants presented, Agarwal closed the formal portion and invited the public Q&A to begin.
The format note clarified that presenters should address substantive project questions in the Q&A; staff will respond to technical inquiries. The meeting then moved to its live Q&A portion; applicants were invited back to the lectern for follow‑up questions.
