Throughout the session panelists returned to the benefits of clustering and public'private partnership. Andrew Schwab (In-Q-Tel/IQT) said clustering in the Rocky Mountain region encourages cross'pollination and talent mobility, which will help create new companies and scale industry capabilities.
Panelists described the region's attributes: Utah's K'12 funding and targeted state programs, employer interest and a potential pipeline of veterans and technical workers. They urged firms, investors and state government to coordinate workforce training, regulatory engagement and demand creation. Ben Lambert closed the session with thanks and panelists acknowledged the audience.
